Improved vision
I can see well and feel less tired! I have suffered from irritable bowel syndrome for about two years and have various physical issues that made me feel low. I thought these problems stemmed from my autonomic nerves, so I sought a supplement to aid them and found L-carnosine. While I didn't notice immediate changes, after three days, I realised I could see better! Although I had LASIK over a decade ago, my eyesight degraded, and driving at night required glasses. Now, I can drive without them, and my field of vision appears brighter. Reading small text is easier without glasses at work. Additionally, I feel less fatigued overall. Despite still having some symptoms like irritable bowel syndrome, my overall well-being has greatly improved, and I intend to continue taking it.

I read studies about carnosine's benefits, as I’ve recently experienced worsening vision. The ophthalmologist prescribed reading glasses, explaining that with age, the lens clouds. Carnosine was supposedly meant to reduce this clouding. I took two capsules each day, but I’ve felt no effect on my vision or general condition. It's unclear whether this brand of carnosine is ineffective, or if carnosine lacks benefits entirely.
